Although I have regularly prepared psychiatric reports for leading firms of solicitors across the UK, please note that I am currently not accepting any new instructions in 2025. 

I am experienced in providing reports covering the following areas:

  • Litigation

  • Personal injury

  • Employment tribunals

  • Fitness to plead

  • Criminal cases (not forensic cases involving crimes such as rape and murder)

  • Family cases including divorce and child access (please note that I do not handle cases for clients under the age of 17)

I have produced reports for the defence and for the prosecution as well as receiving joint instructions.

I have appeared in court on many occasions and given expert evidence.

I have researched the psychological aspects of female shoplifting and have been the spokesman for the Royal College of Psychiatrists on this subject.

I will undertake prison visits if possible but require a considerable amount of notice to do this.
